Try this tasty banana and honey smoothie!
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 550 ml milk of choice
- 1 – 2 honey
- several ice cubes
Method:
- Put the ice and the bananas in the blender, with 1 tablespoon honey and half (275 ml) of the milk. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the smoothie and if you want it to be sweeter, add some more honey.
- Add the rest of the milk (275 ml) and blend until the mix becomes frothy.
- Serve with ice cubes.
In the first step you can add other fruits or a few pieces of chocolate.
